Tana Music Design (T.M.D) — server-side automation tools, including TMD Social Schedule and the TanaHan MV Uploader for YouTube.

1. Overview

Tana Music Design is a one-person music studio operated by Tanawat Han (TanaHan). We use server-side automation tools solely to publish our own original content to our own accounts and channels. These tools do not provide any service to third parties, do not collect data from third-party users, and do not charge any fees.

2. Data Collection

Our tools do not collect, store, or process any personal data from third-party users. They only access the account owner's own profiles and channels for the purpose of publishing the owner's own content.

3. Data Usage

Authentication tokens (OAuth) obtained through platform APIs — including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, and YouTube — are stored privately in the account owner's own, access-controlled environment and are used solely to publish content to the owner's own accounts.

4. YouTube API Services

Our YouTube uploader ("TanaHan MV Uploader") uses YouTube API Services to upload our own original music videos to our own YouTube channel (Channel ID: UCEgkc_1JdGqW1OUtzkXzCGw) on a server-side basis.

• By using this tool, the account owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Information accessed through YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
• The tool does not read, collect, or process any third-party user's YouTube data, and does not offer any service to external users.
• The only data stored is the OAuth 2.0 token (access token and refresh token) required to maintain upload authorization, kept in the owner's own access-controlled environment.

5. Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. No analytics, tracking, or advertising services are used.

6. Data Retention, Deletion, and Revocation of Access

You may revoke authorization and delete stored data at any time:

• Revoke Google / YouTube access: visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, locate the application, and select "Remove access." The stored OAuth tokens immediately become invalid and can no longer access the account.
• Revoke other platforms: tokens can be revoked at any time through each platform's own settings.
• Delete stored data: after revocation, the corresponding OAuth tokens and authorization records are deleted from our environment. You may also email us to request deletion of any stored data, which we will process within a reasonable period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
