Tana Music Design is a one-person music studio operated by Tanawat Han (TanaHan). Our activities include creating and releasing original music, AI-assisted creative production, and publishing our own original content (music, music videos, images, and text) to our own channels via server-side automation tools, including TMD Social Schedule and the TanaHan MV Uploader for YouTube.
These tools are used exclusively by the account owner (TanaHan / Tana Music Design) to publish content to their own accounts and channels. They do not provide any service to third parties, do not collect or process any third-party user's data, and do not charge any fees.
All content created and published through these tools is original to, and owned by, Tana Music Design. The tools do not generate, modify, or redistribute user-generated content from third parties. The account owner is responsible for ensuring that all published content is original or properly licensed and does not infringe any third party's rights.
To publish and manage our own original content, we use YouTube API Services on a server-side basis to upload our own original music videos to our own YouTube channel (Channel ID: UCEgkc_1JdGqW1OUtzkXzCGw). This use is limited to managing our own content and does not involve any third-party user's data or authorization.
Our content may also be published or linked through other third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok), each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party platforms.
The website and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tana Music Design makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, and is not liable for any service interruptions or delays, including those caused by third-party API changes.
